Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging is the science of detecting infrared energy emitted from an object, converting it to apparent temperature, and displaying the result as an infrared image. Thermal imaging inspections are performed using an infrared camera to find hidden defects that are invisible to the naked eye. Hidden areas of moisture damage and plumbing leaks can be found inside walls, as well as areas of poor insulation and air leaks.
